The Making of a Marriage

ANASAZI, The Making of a Marriage provides a challenging outdoor experience in beautiful and remote wilderness locations. Free from the stresses and distractions of modern life, hearts awaken to the fundamental principles and practices that form the foundation of every successful relationship
ANASAZI, The Making of a Marriage is a four-day wilderness experience staffed by caring outdoor survival experts, licensed marital therapists, and trained relationship educators.

Participants will learn from the simple truths found in the traditions of the ancient inhabitants of the Desert Southwest, and from the many powerful metaphors provided by nature itself. Based on a curriculum developed by the leading minds in marriage education and family therapy, the program provides:
  • A restorative environment in which to address relationship issues.
  • Limited group size.
  • Individual and group interaction with staff.
  • An opportunity to leave behind the old and begin anew.
  • Follow-up support.
For Married and Premarital Couples

Married partners will have a meaningful experience that will invite understanding, teach relationship principles and skills, and provide an opportunity for spiritual awakenings and personal growth.

Couples who are preparing for marriage will have an unique opportunity to get to know their potential spouse in a deeper way and help set the tone for a successful union.
